Pro-Sportz 20kg Adjustable Dumbbell and Barbell Set with Connecting Rod

Build a flexible home gym around one compact set with this Pro-Sportz 20kg Adjustable Dumbbell and Barbell Set. It includes two dumbbell bars, a foam-covered connecting rod and a range of weight plates, so you can change the load to suit each exercise and increase it as you get stronger. Join the dumbbells with the connecting rod to use them as a barbell. Thick, smooth spin collars are easy to tighten and loosen, and the non-slip handles give a firm, comfortable grip. The set breaks down for easy carrying and needs only a small storage space, so it suits home and office fitness training.
